Paris Part II

Arc de Triomph Eiffel Tower View from Arc de Triomph View from Arc de Triomph

I have found that traveling through Europe as a student has a lot of perks. European cities treat students so much better than the states. I paid a discounted price at every tourist site I visited in Paris. My friend said that she was even able to get into some places for free because she was considered a student of the E.U.  Thank you, Paris, for helping out us poor college students!

Climbing to the top of the Arc de Triomphe was one of my favorite parts of my trip to Paris. The views from the top were better than the views from Galeries de Lafayette. I could pick out all the major sites off in the distance and snap great pictures of the Eiffel Tower. After visiting the Arc de Triomphe I was satisfied with the views I had seen and did not feel the need to go to the top of the Eiffel Tower. The Arc de Triomphe is definitely underrated in my book!Arc de Triomph Arc de TriomphParisParis
